Bulk Billing Practice
At Gosnells Family Practice, we believe cost should never be a barrier to seeing a doctor. That's why we bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients.

We no longer offer mixed billing. You are either bulk billed or charged a private fee, so you always know the cost up front.
All Medicare card holders welcome
Any patient with a valid Medicare card is eligible. Australian citizens, permanent residents, and most visa holders qualify.
Private fees for non-Medicare patients
Patients not eligible for Medicare pay a private fee: Standard $96, Long $168, Extended $239.
Telehealth on weekdays
Telehealth consultations are available Monday to Friday only, and are bulk billed for Medicare-eligible patients.
What exactly is bulk billing?
Your GP accepts the Medicare rebate as the full payment for your visit. There is no gap fee — Medicare covers it entirely.
Do I need a referral?
No referral needed to see a GP at Gosnells Family Practice. Just book online or walk in.
Is the quality of care the same?
Absolutely. Our doctors are FRACGP-qualified with years of experience. Billing method never affects the care you receive.
